I. General Disclosure
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled with no refund if it occurs.The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.II. Payment Terms
50% of the total commission price is due upfront. I will begin your commission in the order it was received after your payment.
NOTE: I am willing to negotiate this rule, but only on very particular situations at my discretion.Payment may be done via PayPal or Cashapp. I will not accept any other forms of payment. PayPal is preferred.A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines at an additional 25% cost.III. Client Obligations
If requesting via DM, please give as clear of a description as possible. Visual references and/or moodboards are encouraged and greatly appreciated.Please maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process (i.e. be kind, respond in a timely manner, etc.)IV. My Process
I tend to work with very large canvas' (4000x5500). If you would like a specific aspect ratio, please specify.I will maintain contact with you over the course of the commission process. I will be reaching out after each applicable stage of the commission (Sketch, Lineart, Flats, and Shading). This is so you, as the client, are kept in the loop and can request any necessary changes as needed.I will complete all commissions as soon as possible in the order I receive them.You as the commissioner are allowed an infinite amount of minor revisions. Major revisions are limited to 3 before you are charged an additional 10% per major revision.V. Copyright Usage
I, as the artist, reserve all rights over my commissioned works.I reserve the right to post the completed commissioned piece to my social media. This includes streaming platforms (i.e. Twitch, Discord, etc.)All characters portrayed belong to their rightful owners.The final product is for your personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Commercial use may be purchased from me at 200% the original cost of the commission. Credit to me will still be required.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
Print the work for personal use.
Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar or header image, video thumbnail, etc.
Use for reference for a character or study
Post the artwork on social media with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways
Claim the work as your own
Remove my watermark/signature
Alter the artwork in any way
Use the piece in any form of NFT, Cryptocurrency, or AI.
Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
Doing any of the above will result in you being blacklisted from commissioning me.VI. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your commission before the sketch phase has been completed, you will receive a 100% refund. After the sketch phase has been completed, the initial 50% payment will not be refunded. After the commission is completed, a refund will not be permitted.
